Select the Appearance bar then go to the Menu Tab
you will come to this page
Here you can change the name of the menu bar, under Menu Structure.
Under Add menu Item, you can select pages you have made to add to your menu bar. simply select the pages you wish to add select Add to Menu
You will see the pages you selected have been added to your header.
you can change the layout of these pages by simply clicking and dragging them in the order you want.
Once you are happy with your menu with the pages you want and order you wanted simply click save menu to finalize your changes
